📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

We ship internationally to supported destinations worldwide. Available shipping countries are displayed at checkout.

1. Standard Shipping (K-Packet – Korea Post)

  • Available for most international destinations.
  • Includes full tracking service.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–18 business days.
  • Due to the small size and lightweight nature of our cosmetic products, we apply a flat-rate standard shipping fee regardless of item quantity or package weight.
  • Flat rate: USD $4.89 for orders under USD $60.
  • Free standard shipping for orders of USD $60 or more.
  • The shipping fee is fixed and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

2. Expedited Shipping (EMS / DHL)

  • Optional premium delivery option with end-to-end tracking.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.
  • Flat rate: USD $40 for orders under USD $120.
  • Free expedited shipping for orders of USD $120 or more.
  • The expedited shipping fee is fixed and clearly displayed before payment is completed.
